To design three modern villas using modern materials was the brief provided by our client Altaona Investments.
We have designed these villas taken as point of reference the panoramic views of the Med. and the 18 holes golf course at 500 m. away from the site

The same goal was used to design these four apartments. Two apartments on the ground floor with the possibilities of having individual swimming pools and two on the first floor with large solarium at roof level with panoramic views of the Mar menor at 500 m and La Serena Golf at 400 m away from the development.
The villas has the possibilities of having its own swimming pool which comes as an extra. With location on the 4 cardinal directions there are plenty of choice for any demanding client.
