Visit our houses on Costa Cálida, Murcia

Since the study of Pacheco & Associates Architects, together with Altaona Investment, we have carried out the design and construction of 3 luxury villas and 4 apartments on the Costa Cálida, specifically in the Torre del Rame Urbanization, Los Alcázares. The location of these houses is key given the proximity to the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor. In addition, La Serena golf course is only 500 meters away. This golf course has 18 holes to enjoy this sport almost all year round.

Two of the three luxury villas have already been sold, namely Villa Golf and Villa Torre, as well as apartments 2a and 2b. If you want more information about any of the houses, do not hesitate to contact Pacheco & Associates Architects for advice and help on the price, location, availability etc...

The Cathedral of Murcia is located in the old town of the city of Murcia, in the Plaza del Cardenal Belluga. Consecrated in 1467, it integrates the original Gothic style with Renaissance, Baroque and Neoclassical additions.

Located in the South-eastern corner of the Iberian Peninsula, between the Valencian Community, Andalusia and Castilla-La Mancha, the Region of Murcia extends over a territory of 11,317 km2 (2.2% of the total area of Spain), bordering on the North with the province of Albacete; on the East with the province of Alicante; on the West with the provinces of Granada, Albacete and Almeria, and on the Southeast with the Mediterranean Sea.

The sun shines over 3,000 hours a year and there are two seas of warm waters on its coasts. In fact, its coast is known as the Costa Cálida and there you will find long beaches and small coves that offer a wide variety of leisure, sport and wellness activities.

One of the most attractive areas is La Manga del Mar Menor, a location where to relax, enjoying the sea and the activities of its Sailing Club. Close by, you will discover a lot of extensive and sandy beaches in San Pedro del Pinatar; idyllic and hidden coves in Cartagena, curious and unspoiled landscapes such as the cliffs of Mazarrón or fishing villages like Águilas and Los Alcázares.

The region is also famous for the variety of health and beauty options. Many of its beaches are considered outdoor spas due to the hypersaline waters of the Mar Menor and its mud. Likewise, the region has important thermal baths.

Discover the Murcia coast

Take a swim under the sun on sandy shores, discover unexplored coves, challenge the wind on a board when surfing or change the beach umbrella for the wetsuit are just some of the options we have for you to feel like a fish in water. Due to their chemical characteristics, the waters of the Mar Menor have curing properties. The high concentration of salts and iodine, the absence of waves, the shallow depth of its waters (7 meters maximum) and, of course, its outstanding weather both in summer as in winter, form a unique package that turns the Mar Menor into a great therapeutic remedy.

Its waters

The analysis of its waters demonstrates that the ionic concentrations measured for some elements (magnesium, calcium, sodium, bromine, iodine and fluorine) are much higher than those of the Mediterranean. Consequently, thermal treatments with this type of saline water and the application of sludge produce a toxic particles’ removal, blood system activation and muscle relaxation, very suitable for cases of stress, rheumatic diseases, sciatica, lumbago and all kinds of skin and joint related conditions.

Improve your life quality

Float between bubbles, regain strength, forget (about) tensions and improve your quality of life. You can find all this in our health and beauty centers. Wouldn’t you like to enjoy?

Spending a relaxed stay, escaping the mad crowd or receiving a health bath, are good reasons to get out of town and spend a few days in any of the spas or thalassotherapy centres of the Region of Murcia, establishments that make up a complete offer of Healthcare. If we combine a climatology close to 19ºC on average and about 2,800 hours of sunshine per year, we can understand how these places are very suitable to stay and rest at any time of the year. The spas of the Region of Murcia offer visitors modern facilities, hotels fully equipped, thermal pools (outdoors or indoors), sports facilities and exclusive medical service to relax and enjoy.

Golf all the year

In the Region of Murcia, you can play golf 365 days a year. Enjoy your favourite sport on the Costa Cálida. An ideal environment with more than 300 sunny days per year and an average temperature of 19ºC, where you can practice your best shots on the greens by the sea. Golf enthusiasts and professionals can choose to play on any of the 22 high-level courses, within a radius of 35 kilometres, where you will find 348 holes of all levels.
